This was our 3rd Thanksgiving in New England and we didn't go to Plimoth. I was a little bummed because I love spending the holiday where it all started. We had a great day though. We all stayed in our jammies until after lunch, watched the parade, and prepared to host dinner for several of our friends that have become our family away from home. At 27 weeks pregnant, I was in heaven. Brien fried a turkey, The Stewarts smoked a turkey, The Boerbooms, McMenamys, Eatons, and Laneys made the best sides and desserts. I was so full that I could barely move! After dinner the ladies headed home to bed for a little nap so that we could get ready for some Black Friday shopping!
